EURO TRIP!
I will be traveling to Europe from May 10th though July 1st! Going out for a cooking assignment and to embark on an exciting culinary journey. Wish me luck!
Chef Bob Sampson is an accomplished and creative chef, Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with 25 plus years experience. Honing his skills in fine dining restaurants in Denver, Vail and San Francisco, owning two food businesses and many yeas as a private chef.
Owned and operated World Fare, a café and catering company in Boulder, CO., featuring Regional and World Cuisines on a daily rotating basis, always featuring 2 vegetarian selections.
Chef Bob is dedicated to cooking and preparing delicious food, keeping it simple and beautiful, utilizing the freshest ingredients, local when possible, to best present its natural flavors.
Chef Bob is a veteran and volunteer with an organization helping returning veterans reintegrate back into civilian society. He also teaches low income families how to shop, cook and eat healthy meals through Cooking Matters.

“We recently worked with Chef Bob in Palm Springs for our wedding weekend. Chef Bob works in 3 locations – Palm Springs, Boulder, and Hawaii… What a life!! Bob was absolutely perfect to work with. We originally hired him for just one night, dinner our first night at our AirBnB for the weekend. I spoke with Bob about 10 days before to hire him, and he was available (surprisingly!) and so easy to work with. I told him about how much I wanted to spend and he hit that number on the mark!! He BBQ’d for a group of 10 of us, met certain dietary restrictions, and the food was incredible! Bob cleaned up after and everything, and was willing to stop the hourly clock as soon as I wanted. We were so impressed and he was so great to work with, we hired him for our wedding brunch at the house 3 days later. Again, I told him what I wanted to spend, and he came in just under. He made a make your own breakfast burrito bar and a yogurt, fruit and granola station. Everything was absolutely perfect and delicious. His eggs for the breakfast burrito may have been the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had – don’t know how he did it! He made breakfast for a total of 30-40 people, and kept the eggs and everything fresh and coming for a few hours. In short, Bob was extremely flexible with his schedule and amazingly accommodating to work with on the food menu and to stick with in our budget. I can’t wait for another opportunity to hire and work with Bob. Maybe in one of his other locations :)”

“I have had Bob cook for me twice — the first time a Christmas Eve dinner for twelve and the next an open-house birthday party for fifty. Both times the food and the presentation were fabulous! Bob’s skill in the kitchen and his professionalism as a meal and party planner are both top notch. We really enjoy being guests in our own home when Bob is in charge. This year I’ve had the pleasure to meet, interact and feed so many younger people from around the country. Apparently the Rocky Mountain Region is a destination for Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, I have cooked for 9 this past year, like Justine and her friends. We had a blast, they were fun, pleasant and outgoing……appreciative too! Plus I am able to give them great tips for restaurants, music, hikes and a bunch of other activities in the area.
I am so fortunate to meet and nourish such wonderful folks. It was such a spectacular wedding with an uninvited guest. CAN YOU SPOT HIM?
